Active Community Organizations Within Calgary
Goal
We were expected to prototype an interactive data visualization interface relating to our chosen topic. It was to be user friendly and something people could explore and engage with.
Project Statement
Going along with the accommodation topic, I decided to use a data set that related to active community organizations in Calgary. Using this data and reviewing all its components, I organized it in a way where people can easily filter through and find specific places. To best display how it works we were to show the interface in Macro, Meso and Micro views. Macro being how it looks with no filters, then using some filters in Meso and being super specific in Micro. With the help of Tableau and Adobe Illustrator this particular data set was brought to life.
